Owners, Andy & Aleisha opened The Lucky Lure in June of 2021 to bring bait and tackle to this beautiful fishing village in the Easter Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Located along the St. Mary's River at the DeTour Passage in DeTour Village, MI we offer a variety of fishing tackle and lures to make your fishing trip a success. We brew and sell local coffee from Drummond Island , as well as offer a variety of unique souvenirs and gifts items .

We carry live bait , such as minnows, crawlers, leeches, wax worms, red worms and others as they are in season .
THE TEAM
Andy and Aleisha are high school sweethearts! Married in 1996 and raising their two daughters in Northern Lower Michigan they decided to move to DeTour Village in 2018. After 3 years of living in this beautiful village, Andy saw a home with a business available and decided this village needed another bait and tackle, since the old one had closed. It was then The Lucky Lure was born!
